How the 0.05% swap fee works
The fee is a percentage of each swap, so it scales with what you trade and not with how often you ask for quotes. Quotes are covered by your plan's request limits. The monthly price buys throughput; the fee is the same 0.05% on Free and on Elite.

How much does the Carbium Swap API cost?
0.05% per swap on every plan, plus a monthly plan price for throughput: Free $0, Starter $99, Pro $249 and Elite $999 a month, billed in USDC.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Free costs $0 a month and gives you 1 request per second, 60 per minute and one API key, enough to integrate and test quotes and swaps.
Is the swap fee different on paid plans?
No. The fee is 0.05% per swap on Free, Starter, Pro and Elite alike. Paid plans raise the request limits and the number of API keys.
How is the 0.05% fee calculated?
As a percentage of each swap, so a $10,000 swap carries a $5 fee and a $100 swap carries $0.05. Quote requests do not add a fee; they count toward your plan's request limits.
What are RPS and RPM?
RPS is the most requests per second your key can send; RPM is the total per minute. Starter allows 10 RPS and 600 RPM, Pro 50 and 3,000, Elite 100 and 6,000.
How many API keys does each plan include?
Free includes 1 key, Starter 3, Pro 5 and Elite 10.
Which plan should a wallet, bot or trading team pick?
Free for testing. Starter for a wallet or app going live. Pro for bots and apps with steady traffic. Elite for high-volume bots and trading terminals that need 100 requests per second.
